Don’t think your order is right for you? No worries, return it to us within 14 days from receiving your order.
- Item(s) must be in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and labels attached.
- Inspection will be carried out to ensure all item(s) are in their original condition before processing your return. It will usually take 3 to 7 working days to process your request before we could ship out the replacement / exchanged item(s) to you.
- Return is not applicable for prescription glasses.
- Return is only applicable for item(s) purchased online and delivered in Malaysia.
- Return that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Please complete and fill up the ‘Contact Form’ – Click here. Any returned items without completing Return Form will not be entertained. You will receive a copy of the completed form once you’ve submitted.
Kindly print it and attach it during postal / in-store return.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
