What are Perfect Vision promo codes?

Perfect Vision promo code can be applied as discount on your purchase.

You may subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on our social media (Facebook, Instagram) to receive update on promo code and new products.

How do I use promo code?

At the check-out page, key in the promo code and click ‘Apply Coupon’. The Grand Total should reflect the pricing after discount, and you may proceed to make payment after that.

What should I do if I forgot to insert promo code?

You are unable to apply any promo code once you have successfully made payment on your order.

When is the expiry date of your contact lenses?

All our contact lens typically has more than 1 year before expiry date.

Can I purchase contact lenses by using my eyeglasses prescription?

Your contact lens prescription is different from your eyeglasses prescription. It is recommended to check with your Optician or Optometrist for an accurate prescription for contact lenses.

Can I return my contact lens if I purchased the wrong prescription?

You can return the contact lenses by meet all the terms & conditions below.

  •  Unused & Unopened
  •  Within 14 days from date of received

Can I return my contact lens if found defect?

You may drop us an email to perfectvisionbtu@gmail.com by giving your order reference number, we will try our best to rectify this issue and get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, please click this link “Return Policy” for more info.

How do I read the frame measurement?

Please refer diagram below for your reference, all measurement stated in millimeter (mm).

The eyewear I wish to buy is out of stock, will you restock?

Unfortunately, not all of our items will be restocked. However, you may subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on our social media (Facebook, Instagram) to receive update on new products.

Can I buy prescription lenses without eyewear?

Unfortunately, we do not sell prescription lenses in our online store.

What if my prescription is beyond those offered on the website?

We only offer Single Vision lenses at this point in time and in order to keep our prices low, we may not carry all the range of lenses. You may drop us an email at perfectvisionbtu@gmail.com, we will assist you as soon as we can.

How do I know if my prescription is still accurate?

Prescriptions are good or can even be valid for minimum of one year or up to two years from day of refraction done by your Optician or Optometrist. Alternatively, please visit any nearest Perfect Vision outlets for regular eye exams.

What should I do if I entered the wrong prescription power after payment is successful?

Please do contact us immediately by email at perfectvisionbtu@gmail.com as soon as you catch the mistake within 24 hours from date of purchase. We will do our best to help you to rectify the request.

Can I modify / cancel my order after check out?

You are not allowed to change shipping address once the order is under process. Kindly ensure your shipping address is correct before you make payment. Alternatively, you may change your shipping address on your account dashboard before make new order.
